Administrative Co Coordinator - Medical Record Collation in Altrincham, Greater Manchester

Description: Administrative Coordinator:
Medical Record Collation Ltd provides a specialist service to clinical negligence lawyers. We provide the collation & analysis of medical records to assist the lawyer to process their client’s claim. This role is for a talented administrator to join the team and assist with the delivery of the service.
Administrative Coordinator Job Duties:
• On receipt of cases ensure efficient ‘ check in ‘ procedure is adhered to
• Clearly identify ‘bundles’ of records received by lawyers to pass onto nurses and others
• Complete necessary photocopying requirements
• Manage caseload document to allow for accurate information of case status
• Preparing invoices for completed work
• On completion of a case ensuring efficient ‘checking out’ procedure is adhered to
• Maintaining of case log & accounts spreadsheets
• Accurate recording of time expended in various activities of the case journey
• Processing financial transactions , including acknowledgements of payments received
• Tracking and ordering of stationery
• Providing general administrative support to colleagues
• Providing customer service support to all relevant contacts via phone and email
• Communicating effectively with colleagues
• Accepting additional ad hoc tasks when required
• On occasions deliver & collect records in the local area
Skills/Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 GCSE’s (including English & Maths)
• Minimum 2 A ‘Levels (or equivalent 5 years administration experience)
Required Attributes:
• Administrative experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software ( Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent standard of written and spoken English
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality at all times
• Ability to prioritize workload
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Desired Attributes:
• Experience in working in a Healthcare environment
• NVQs or qualifications in healthcare or administration
• Clean driving license and use of car
Salary, Hours & Holidays:
• £17,500 p/a (40 hours per week – Monday – Friday)
• 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays). If the office closes down over the Christmas period you will be required to use annual leave.
